Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was the honoured guest at an event to celebrate Australian food and drink which was held at The Violin Factory in London in January. She is pictured chatting with former Royal Ballet prima ballerina and Strictly Come Dancing judge, Darcey Bussell.
The Violin Factory is an unusual venue which features a central kitchen area perfect for food demonstrations. Jackson Gilmour teamed up with New Aussie talent Lynton Tapp to produce a menu created from high-grade Australian ingredients. Lyndon achieved fame when he won Masterchef Australia in 2014.
His commitment to sourcing premier and quality ingredients is a good fit with Jackson Gilmour who pride themselves on delivering responsibly sourced, high-quality food. The Duchess of Cornwall seemed to enjoy meeting the chefs and trying the delicious food on offer.
