For the first time since it began operating over a decade ago, Jackson Gilmour is to offer its services to private clients. From the spring, people organising family events, weddings and other celebrations will be able to enjoy the same style, quality and service as the company’s corporate clients. Executive chef, Joyce O’Hagan, took the opportunity to preview part of the new private menu at the exclusive Edmondson Interiors Showroom opening in February.
Joyce created canapés in the cutting edge kitchen showroom to demonstrate the latest state-of-the-art kitchen equipment. Many of the canapés came from Jackson Gilmour’s Spring/Summer canapé menu which is expected to be popular with private clients. The tempting treats included: Acai-crusted duck breast on wild rice cake with a blueberry compote, Chili cornbread flowerpots with crab tian, spiced avocado and jalapeno and Turmeric marinated lamb with a spiced lentil dip.

They provided a huge variety of superbly presented food which was absolutely delicious as were the macaroons, brownies and truffles that they made for the goody bags.
