Developed a stylish event based around a private performance at the Rambert Dance School on the South Bank.
Met the client brief for a “relaxed and contemporary vibe” using soft furnishings, purple up-lighting and purple orchids.
On arrival, guests enjoyed champagne and our popular summer mocktail – “Pear Mist”.
Before the performance we served a selection of contemporary canapés on textured platters of slate, metal, glass and bamboo.
After the show, the guests enjoyed satisfying bowl foods including white asparagus risotto with truffle oil, and spring lamb with olive crumb and pea shoots.

For dessert, the guests were able to help themselves from our signature, sculptural macaron tree enjoying flavours such as Pimms and cucumber, crème brulee, strawberries and cream.
Our mirror-topped poseur tables complemented the contemporary interiors and reflected the atmospheric lighting.
Our stylish and knowledgeable waiting staff were handpicked and wore all black Nehru-style outfits.
