Jackson Gilmour wins place at the National Portrait Gallery

16 April 2015

Jackson Gilmour is thrilled to have been added to the approved caterers list at the National Portrait Gallery with effect from April 2015. The Gallery offers an enticing range of venue hire options from the sumptuous Weldon Galleries with their vibrant, turquoise silk lined walls to the light and airy Balcony Gallery. The Ondaatje Wing Theatre is a comfortable space for a presentation or product launch while the Portrait Restaurant with its dramatic panoramic windows overlooking Whitehall, Nelson’s Column and the London Eye is a stunning setting for a canapé reception. There are rooms to suit numbers from 40 to 400 or clients can hire the entire gallery for events up to 1000.

Anne Aitken, Jackson Gilmour’s Director of Marketing, says: “The National Portrait Gallery is a beautiful venue in a landmark location. We know that many of our loyal clients will be delighted that we are now able to operate in this wonderful space. It’s an another art gallery to add to our venue list – we were approved for the National Gallery last summer – and we can’t wait to get started.”

The appointment is timely as early this year Jackson Gilmour launched  “The Art of Events”. The caterer will be using its blog and social media channels to invite industry opinion on a range of issues relating to the arts and events. You can read more about the launch at our blog
