![]() For a new twist on the event experience, JG can conjure up a “POP-UP” gastro pub or restaurant in venues all over London. Now you can create a cool, buzzy environment anywhere you like perfect for product launches and presentations. That's what Jackson Gilmour did recently when they collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Brett Graham to create the Black Sheep Gastro Pub in east London’s Truman Brewery. For five nights The Black Sheep played host to mavericks and innovators promoting the latest mobile phone technology and Jackson Gilmour made sure they had the food to match. Jackson Gilmour Operations Director Francis O’Hagan commented: “We offer clients exceptionally high standards of food that would not look out of place in a top restaurant. This project afforded us the opportunity to show this fully. Working closely with our team of skilled chefs, Michelin-starred chef Brett Graham, asked us to re-create his exacting standards on a large scale. It allowed us to demonstrate our versatility and skills.” Jackson Gilmour’s experience was critical in designing and building the temporary kitchen at the venue which was capable of serving 180 guests with restaurant service.
