Fashion Forward After trying our springtime contemporary canapé menu a new client recently asked us to cater for some of the most fashion-conscious people on the planet. International fashion buyers from all over the world enjoyed a modish lunch at our pop-up restaurant which we created inside a well-known fashion salon for 10 days. Our brief was to create trendsetting menus which delivered fresh, clean flavours, low carbs and fantastic flavour. We used responsibly sourced tuna, cod and seasonal fruit to create this stylish menu attached. Guests also enjoyed our new range of “super-fruit” cocktails including Goji Berry and Passionfruit. |
