Stately Birthday Celebrations We kept a stately secret last month when we catered for a birthday party with a distinctly regal air. His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, who had just turned 90, was accompanied by Her Majesty The Queen and Her Royal Highness Princess Anne for this celebratory banquet. Our Executive Chef Joyce O'Hagan and Operations Director Francis O'Hagan were presented to the Royal Family who expressed an interest in the recipe for Joyce's Honey Roasted Duck which, to quote, "was the best they had ever tasted at an event like this". However, Joyce won't be exchanging recipes for a title - the duck marinade is a Jackson Gilmour state secret. |
