Fairy bridges, snow tipped trees and an enchanted forest formed the charming backdrop for 300 guests at a private party we created this month.
Guests at the transformed
Hurtwood Park Polo Club
enjoyed delicacies from our Springtime collection including Long Beetroot Crisps with Goats Cheese and perfectly cooked Spring Lamb followed by warm pear Tarte Tatin with cinnamon ice cream.
Our client, was delighted with the results:
“Thank you Jackson Gilmour. My guests could not believe you could create and cook such perfect food from a tent in a polo field. Every letter, text and call I have received has mentioned your delectable food.”
It was a particularly happy ending as heavy snow in January had forced the party to be postponed at short notice. The client eventually opted to re-schedule at the same venue but we would like to thank the venue teams at Old Billingsgate, the Natural History Museum and the Saatchi Gallery who tried very hard to accommodate us in January.
