This award-winning enterprise attributes many of its achievements to the tight-knit nature of its management structure; Joyce O’Hagan is the creative force in the kitchen, her sister, Anne Aitken, uses her marketing expertise to communicate externally and Joyce’s husband, Operations Director Francis O’Hagan, keeps the whole show running smoothly.
