We kick off the new year at the newly-refurbished London Transport Museum in Covent Garden, before heading a few yards down the Strand to the splendid setting of the Australian High Commission, where we are working with celebrated Australian Chef Skye Gyngell from Petersham Nurseries to produce a memorable Australia Day Gala Dinner. We then return to the stunning Glass Atrium of Durbar Court for a Pink Champagne Reception complete with our innovative canapés.
